In 2019, John was appointed by Governor Dewine to the first ever Ohio Home Inspectors Board and currently serves as the board’s president.

Inspection Plus has been in business serving buyers, sellers, and agents since 1991. Since that time we have performed over 55,000 home inspections and hundreds of commercial property inspections through the leadership of the owner, John Cordell. John is an experienced entrepreneur who also owns Advanced Radon Testing, the largest radon testing company in Ohio.

Inspection Plus has a great team that focuses on providing best in class service to our customers, with all of our inspectors being licensed by the Ohio Board of Home Inspectors.Three of our inspectors are licensed in the State of Kentucky.
