Home Inspector in Anderson OH

Wow! As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what to fully expect. Nick was our inspector and was everything we could ask for. He was on-time, thorough, and extremely professional. He took his time to talk through each area with us and showed us how our house truly "works". He answered all of our questions and helped educate us on certain areas of being a home buyer. The scheduling process was super easy and can't beat the prices! Definitely would recommend their services.

This is a company you can trust. Months after my inspection, I had a small issue come up at the house and the owner, John Cordell, took the time to stop by and take a look. He did not have to do that, but I needed some advice. He has great character and is a class act. He recomended a good contractor and the issue was solved. If I were to move again, I will certainly use Inspections Plus.
